Ernest Santasusagna Santacreu (1900-1964) Catalan painter who was formed in the Baixas Academy and the School of the Fish Market of Barcelona. For some years he was in charge of the posters that were placed on the facades of the cinemas. He was a professor of color and composition and one of the representatives of Catalan painting with the ability to paint with the fluidity of light of Sorolla or the penetrating gaze of Francisco Ribera. He often exhibited in Barcelona.
