Elías Garralda (1926-2012) was a landscape painter, studied at the School of Fine Arts in Pamplona and later moved to Olot, Catalonia. A prominent member of the Olot School of landscape painting, his specialty was the landscapes of the peaks of Europe, Olot and Navarra.
