Francesc Serra Castellet (1912-1976) Catalan painter, draughtsman and engraver. He is considered to be self-taught. The subject matter of his painting is mainly the female figure. As an admirer of Degas, he was greatly influenced by this French artist. He also painted urban landscapes.
