Ezequiel Torroella (1921-1998) was a painter who based his works on the landscape, the seascapes and the corners of Palamós (coastal town of the Costa Brava) and its surroundings. He held his first individual exhibition in 1947 and continued to do so regularly until 1971. His work is figurative in character and impressionist in inspiration, with intense colors and very naturalistic points of view.
